So I'm not sure where the 4.8 average score comes ftom but here is my experience from this past weekend....I had very high expectations for an outstanding evening based on the 4.8 review rating but was I ever disappointed! Why? First. The website says you get a "coach"!!! Sorry, when we signed up, one of the first questions was "do you want to leave your coach a tip" and I thought hell yes! So I left a generous tip IN ADVANCE only to find out that for our party of 4, the coach spent literally 2 minutes with two of us, offered no suggestions on how to improve our throws since none of the axe tosses were sticking and the coach didn't even bother to hang ground to offer ANY insights to the other two throwers.....A COMPLETE COACHING RIPOFF!!!

Absolutely crushed it at LumberJaxes (okay, maybe just the targets - but we felt badass). The lanes were roomy, the staff gave solid tips without making us feel like total noobs, and the vibes were great overall. We didn’t eat, but the watermelon lemonade slapped and the sodas hit the spot between throws. 10/10 would come back to live out my lumberjack dreams again.

Didn't have the food there but the drinks were delicious and the service was awesome. They accommodated to everything we asked including running a little tournament for us. Absolutely a great time. We will be going back for sure.
Beer and axes... What could go wrong? Fortunately, nothing this night. Stopped by before the Cardinal, Jets game and it was fun. Large area and several lanes are available for Throwing. Decent beer selection and an absolutely wonderful staff who are knowledgeable and helpful. They offer food, but we did not partake. Plenty of free two-hour parking available as well. We'd swing by again one day.
Came for a work function. LJ team was polite, instructive, safe and funny. We were set up with 2 lanes for about 12 people. Appetizers were great. Drinks inexpensive, cold and timely. We played for around 2 hours and several (not naming names, Angie) got instruction. Great event. Will be back.
