It was a fun time but we ran out of time with just 3 of us checking clues. A little expensive but the "Shipwreck" adventure we partook in was well created. U would recommend it.
We've gone three times when we've had family in town and everyone from 10yrs to adults had fun. You really have to think and work together, and you'll get clues so that you can progress when you're stuck. Only complaint is that it's expensive for the experience.

Escape Westgate operates as a live event venue, and as such, does not offer direct refunds for bookings. However, they understand that plans can change. If you need to adjust your reservation, you have the option to reschedule your game or receive a ticket credit that can be applied towards a future booking. To utilize this flexibility, you must provide notification at least one week (seven days) prior to your originally scheduled game time. This policy ensures that while refunds are not available, customers have a viable alternative for managing their reservations with sufficient notice.

We love this place! We have 1 more room to do (redo as villains) and we have an absolute blast every time. The employees are kind, and the owner is incredible! 100/10 would recommend!
Escape room was great, front desk woman was not. Hire someone else at the front or she needs to work on her people skills and your business will be more successful. We may not come back because of our experience with this woman.
The kids and I loved this escape room. We still have 2 more rooms to do. The candy factory and shipwreck one was awesome so many puzzles and areas to complete the mission. Definitely coming back to finish the rest and Definitely recommend!!!
