We drove 20 minutes for this place because of the good ratings, when we walked inside, no one was there? Not a single soul inside the escape room! I don’t know why or how but they should have atleast left a sign or something? The place WAS open but no one was inside. Disappointed.
Such a good escape room experience. We loved the variety of challenges in the room and Julia was the best game master! We will be back.

Once booked, all sales are final, and no refunds are issued for cancellations or no-shows. However, tickets are fully transferable, allowing you to give your booking to someone else by providing them with your confirmation email. For rescheduling, requests must be sent via email to info@escapechandler.com at least 24 hours in advance and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Phone calls or other forms of contact are not accepted for reschedule requests.

My husband and I recently booked the “Festive Detectives” room at Escape: Chandler for our May anniversary. We LOVE holiday rooms and this room was exceptional. I have done almost 300 rooms in several different states, and this room contained many unique and varied puzzles. A big shout out to our gamemaster Julia, who is one of the best we have ever had! Thx, Julia! The room was colorfully decorated for Christmas, and carols played in the background. This room is wonderful as a “family friendly” experience for all ages. This would also be great for birthdays, date night, and team building. Don’t wait for December to book this room. Enjoy Christmas in July (or even June!) Five star fun!
This place was really fun. We played the Italian Bistro game, and it was a blast. Everyone we were with had a great time. We are planning on coming again and doing all of the rooms. Highly recommend for a fun night out with friends.
Our family has done several escape rooms and Escape Chandler has the best rooms! Most recently we attempted The Cabin. It was challenging and fun! Megan was great as our game master and gave us hints that made sense to us and were helpful. The best part was when my mother-in-law and son were startled by the jump scare! We missed escaping by a few minutes, but we had a blast. We highly recommend Escape Chandler for a fun time with family or friends!
