Booking with Ready Team One for my son's 18th birthday, was an effortless process - easy to navigate and all online. When I phoned to ask a question I was greeted by their flawless AI who answered all the questions I had and lent itself to a virtual reality space. On arrival you go through a side alley with Graffiti (completely safe) which leads up some LED lighted stairs, a brilliant start to an authentic experience of going to fight a Zombie apocalypse. We were greeted by Ray and Luke, amazing, knowledgeable (and patient) hosts. The grin on my son's face (an avid gamer) when the game ended was all the confirmation I needed, this was definitely an amazing experience that we will be repeating in the future. Thank you Ready Team One for making my son's birthday an unforgettable experience.

Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations do not receive cash refunds; all refunds are issued as credit for future bookings. For a full credit, notify us at least 7 days in advance. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, standard tickets are fully forfeited. For private events and group bookings, cancellations within 7 days result in a 30% forfeiture of the package value. No refunds are provided for change of mind or gift voucher purchases. Rescheduling requires at least one week's notice to avoid forfeiture. Exceptions for unforeseen illness may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Excellent VR experience. The setup was clean, equipment well-maintained, and the game was impressive. Ray was outstanding — patient, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone was comfortable before starting. His walkthroughs and quick troubleshooting kept things smooth and fun. Highly recommended for both first-timers and regulars.
My parents and my adult sons and I all went together and had an absolute blast!! We had so much fun that we bought VR headsets the next day. Such a great experience. The hosts are fantastic as well. Thank you so much Luke and the Team. 😃
