Booking & Cancellation
Bookings at Virtual Room are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, rescheduling may be possible at the branch manager's discretion. If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 3 days' notice before your original booking date to avoid a $10 per player rescheduling fee. If less than 3 days' notice is given, the fee applies. Please note that if an alternative date cannot be accommodated, no refund will be issued. In cases of force majeure, it is advised to contact Virtual Room directly.

VR escape room game was fantastic!! So much fun doing Time Travel 2. Enough challenge to keep us interested, but not too much frustration!! We laughed and had a great time. Will definitely be back.
Virtual Room Perth is an incredible experience and so much fun for families, game enthusiasts, friend groups, and even team building. The adventures are beautifully designed, immersive, and there’s something truly special about feeling like you’ve stepped into another world. My children have loved the time-travelling experiences as well as the Press Start video game adventure, and we’re excited to try the Asterix one next. Each time we visit, we’re blown away by how creative and engaging the games are. I can’t wait to see what new experiences they bring out next, and where VR will take us in the future.
