For same-day bookings, you have a 2-hour window from the booking time to cancel for a full refund. Same-day cancellations outside this window are eligible for a 50% refund or can be rescheduled for a non-peak time. Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance allows for any available time, while rescheduling within 24 hours must be for a non-peak time. Please note that same-day rescheduled events are not eligible for refunds. You have up to two years from the cancellation date to reschedule your event.
