We had an amazing time at my son‘s 12th birthday party. Wayne was an amazing host and he was so helpful and made sure that all of our children had a great time. I highly recommend this venue for anyone who has a tween birthday party in mind. Food was good too. Just make sure you don’t have Antonella as your hostess. She was not our server but kept making faces at us. Her haughty sneers were uncomfortable and awkward. Thankfully, Wayne was there to save the day!
A group of 5 of us went for laser tag fun last night 4/26/25 and it was anything but. Started off with just the 5 of us only for a 3 vs 2 gameplay. We're brought into the briefing room to watch a video before the employee empties the game of probably a dozen individuals. So they're all piling back into the briefing room to take off their vests as we're trying to watch the video to know what we're supposed to do. The employee then brings us into our bases, again 3 vs 2. After the first 5 minute game, he decides to let in 2 more people and puts them both on the team of 3 so now it's 5 vs 2. Once the third game started the team of 2 left the arena back into the briefing room only to find the employee on his phone. We took off our vests and expressed our displeasure with the fact that its a little unfair which he eventually agreed. I went out to discuss with the supervisor who could have cared less and just kept on saying "well, why did you walk out". The employee running the game had switched the 4th game over to everyone for themselves without showing or explaining anything. The rest of our group left the arena leaving the other two people who joined late by themselves. All while also still seeing the employee on his phone. Poorly operated from beginning to end. It might be a Lasertron system but definitely not run like an official Lasertron facility which we have traveled to throughout New York State. Along with all of that, none of the advertised Lasertron "Power Up" items that are stated on the website were mentioned or used during gameplay as well. I do not recommend this place.

We recently had my son’s birthday party at QZAR. My son and his friends had a great time, thanks in large part to Dahiana, the Assistant Manager, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful. However, the rest of the staff could definitely use some customer service training. The hostess wasn’t very welcoming and often seemed too busy to be attentive. The laser tag instructor was the biggest disappointment — he was rude, inattentive, and barely explained the game rules. I had to speak with the manager, who was very understanding and apologized for the staff’s behavior. Overall, my son still had a great time, but I’m not sure I’d recommend booking a party here unless the staff improves. I’d consider returning for open play but would think twice before hosting another party.
"Absolutely stellar experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, explaining the rules and equipment with enthusiasm. The arena itself was a blast – a perfect mix of strategic layout and exciting lighting. The laser tag guns were accurate and responsive, and the game modes kept everyone engaged. We had a large group, and everyone, from the kids to the adults, had an amazing time. This place is a must-visit for anyone looking for a fun, energetic outing. We'll definitely be back!"
Q-zar is a fun place to bring your kids for a quick laser tag game. The focal point of the establishment is definitely the laser tag and the few games and activities external from that are nice additions to help pass the time while you wait for your laser game to start but not as elaborate and vast as a dedicated arcade or Dave and busters type location. The laser tag games are split up into three 7 minute sessions with a brief respite in between each round and it will definitely leave you winded. It's very action packed with alot of running back and fourth to reach a recharge station to revive or reload your weapon and with the right , competitive crowd , is an absolute blast!!
