All events require a 24-hour notice for a full refund. For same-day bookings, a 2-hour window is provided for cancellation with a full refund. Cancellations made on the same day outside this window will result in a 50% refund or the option to reschedule for a non-peak time. Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance allows for any available time, while within 24 hours, it must be for a non-peak slot. Same-day rescheduled events are not eligible for refunds. Customers have up to two years from the cancellation date to reschedule their event.

It was awesome me and my nephews and my son worked up a sweat and a good appetite playing here and there’s so many different ways to throw it and play and Alexis kindly showed us all we needed to know.
