I went to Smashroom for a solo date. I got the basic option since it was my first time and I didn’t know what to expect. I also paid extra for the bluetooth speaker option, which was perfect because I could play the music I needed to set the tone. The staff were so nice, quick with setup and cleanup, they even let me use their tripod stand so I didn’t have to worry about setting up my own. I would definitely go back to try the other room levels.
Amazing experience start to finish! I scheduled SA for my husband’s 40th. They made scheduling super easy, followed up to make certain everyone in our party had signed waivers (which didn’t hold us up). Once we arrived, everyone was so friendly-laughing, joking and went above and beyond setting us up with breakables. It’s our second time here and our experience has been amazing both times. I know the guests from our party were all super pumped to tell their friends what a blast this place is. Thank you!!
We went to smash avenue for an anniversary date. Upon arrival they said that one of their rooms was wet due to a water leak from another tenant (not their fault) but asked if we would be ok being in that room. We were fine with it given it wasn’t a slippery surface or anything. They quickly set up the room and to our surprise it was just a few beer/wine bottles and one computer monitor we paid extra for. We didn’t know what to expect going in and after seeing reviews of the place after we went, we definitely didn’t get the experience others get with the “trash pile” of things from other smashes. Needless to say, our experience as it was was NOT worth the $100 we spent to go there. We were done in about 5 minutes, 2 of those minutes were spent surprised that this was all we were getting for the price. Although the staff was very nice we are unlikely to go again.
