Rage Room LI's cancellation policy states that a full 100% refund is issued for cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice. If a cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours' notice, no refund will be provided, with no exceptions, due to the operational costs associated with short-notice changes. Customers can typically cancel or reschedule through a link in their reservation confirmation email, especially if Booking Protection was purchased. Alternatively, cancellations can be processed by contacting Rage Room LI directly via email at Book@rageroomli.com or by calling 631-880-7772.

My kids had an amazing time here. The place is easy to find and parking is plentiful. The staff went out of the way to make my son’s birthday a special day. We’ve never done a rage room so I wasn’t sure what to expect but they walked us through all of it. I booked the 30 min experience and wasn’t sure if it was enough time, but it was more than enough. My kids came out drenched in sweat and exhausted, but very happy! I highly recommend and will plan to be back soon!
this place was amazing and loads of fun they have a robot arm that brings your destructive device to you when you first select it. the staff was super friendly and very helpful. I would recommend getting the additional thrower pack and the printers where the best to smash. the time seems short, but trust me it was a work out
