Booking & Cancellation
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. However, bookings can be rescheduled under specific conditions. For most packages (Kids Parties/Race Packages/Christmas Packages), a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to reschedule, and the deposit will be transferred. For 'Arrive and Drive' packages, 24 hours' notice is needed. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of payment. In cases of no-shows, a credit may be provided with 24 hours' notice if minimum numbers are met. If management deems weather conditions unsafe, bookings can be rescheduled or a credit issued, valid for 12 months; refunds are not issued for weather-related cancellations.

Had a great time playing the Space Marines experience with two mates. It took a bit to get our heads into it and realise the enemies were coming from all directions but once we got that it was really good fun covering each other's flanks. Walking around felt very natural after a minute or two but going to ramps in game was always a bit of a head spin as you're walking on flat ground in reality. By the final boss fight we were running around, dodging attacks and grabbing power ups. We were planning our next visit 5 minutes after coming out. Will definitely be back. LeMans was great to work with and made it really easy to book with the voucher I'd got for the experience.
Zero Latency is so much fun. The games are super intense and exciting. The staff are awesome and super helpful. Great value for money and brilliant fun. Can't wait to go again.
Just finished our first experience at Zero Latency - Dandenong. Wow! What an awesome arena. There is plenty of space to walk and move fast during the game. The visual effects and game course is truly fun. Jarrod is an awesome game master. He knows his craft!!! Thanks Guys, what a great birthday experience.
