We had lots of fun especially the zombie apocalypse games. The guys operating it all were helpful and friendly. Would definitely do it again however I would look at their game catalogue before I go to avoid wasting time trying to choose between games.
It was our first time having a VR experience which we explained a few times as a young Asian employee with no personality or people skills.. killed our experience with his impatience and unenthusiastic approach to “helping us” during the game.. since he was too involved with his own phone then doing what he was supposed to do.. like, HIS JOB! it was a waste of money and time for an unenjoyable experience. I’d recommend anywhere else

This was SO bad I had to write my first-ever Google review. I went to VR World with my girlfriend and her young nephew for his birthday, and it was a complete disaster. The two staff working were super cold and unapproachable, which wasn’t the biggest deal at first, but it definitely didn’t make us feel welcome or excited. We got a very unenthusiastic explanation of the controls before being told, “The tutorial will tell you anyway,” and left to figure it out on our own. Then we realised only two out of the three headsets were working. The staff spent 30 minutes going back and forth trying to fix the issue while we were stuck waiting in the in-game lobby and standing around in real life, with no updates or acknowledgment of what was going on. There was no apology, no explanation about whether our session time had started or what they were planning to do about the issue. To make it worse, one of the staff (accidentally) whipped my girlfriend with a cable and didn’t even acknowledge it, let alone apologise. After 30 minutes of standing around, I finally asked for a refund. The staff initially hesitated to refund all three of us, claiming my nephew was "still playing," even though he never got to play the game and was stuck in the in-game lobby the entire time. Our 10-year-old nephew was left in tears because he was so excited and never got to play. The only good thing was that they processed the refund straight away (still pending), but again, no apology or compensation or any attempt to make up for the fact that we wasted our time coming here. For $50 per person, I expected way better. The staff on shift really need proper training on how to handle situations like this and make the experience worthwhile. I am sure other staff are better given the praise in other reviews and good overall rating, but I’m honestly so disappointed and upset after this visit.
We had an amazing time, and the staff were very patient and accommodating with my youngest son (6-year-old, probably a bit too young) who struggled with the concept. My older children and I had a blast, and we will definitely be back!! Highly recommend.
A fantastic experience! I took my 13 year old daughter on a Saturday night. We were able to get a booking, was reasonably priced for the 50-60 minute experience, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly and the location was easy to get to. The VR escape room experience itself was phenomenal! Highly recommend - we will definitely be back to try another of the many VR experiences!
