Booking & Cancellation
VR World has a strict no-refund policy for all bookings, with the exception of corporate events. If you need to change your appointment, you can reschedule your adventure, but a $20 rescheduling fee will apply. Please note that if your team is late for a booking, it will be considered a no-show, and entry may be declined. In such cases, VR World will endeavor to reschedule your session at the next available time.

Great experience, and they gave extra time because one of my group members was struggling to figure out her controls. My only feedback to the team would be just to make sure all the apps are regularly updated on the right devices ;)
It was a very fun experience playing the VR escape room! We played the Prince of Persia game, and it was very fun and creative. The graphics were pretty good for a personal fantasy adventure; you can choose and customize your character, and the headset and controllers were pretty easy to use. Some puzzles took us some time, but we managed to finish the game. They were very kind to extend our game time, as there were no bookings after us. Thank you, VR World! Highly recommended!
The person working behind the desk was super friendly, a shame that we didn’t grab her name. The games we played were super immersive & soooo fun, will definitely be back again! Thanks to the person working for being an absolute legeennddd!!
This is the place to have lots of fun! We had a group event here doing laser tag, and we enjoyed it so much! 👏👏👏Will definitely recommend this place to others, and we will be back again. Madz was super friendly and helpful in hosting such a big group. Thank you, Madz and the VR World team!
