We visited this VR experience yesterday and it honestly felt like a real scam. The advertising shows high-quality, realistic images with real people — but the actual VR is nothing like that. What you get is a very low-quality cartoon experience that looks completely different from what they promote. This is misleading and unacceptable, especially in the middle of the city where people expect professionalism. Businesses should show exactly what customers will experience, not trick them with fake promotional photos. I strongly suggest reporting this to Consumer Affairs Victoria for false and misleading advertising. People deserve transparency, and this place definitely does not deliver what they promise.
Very fun activity to do with fam or friends. I took my family here and my mom in law loved it! Senior friendly activity. My husband’s vr headset malfunctioned twice though and he missed out about 5-10 mins of the VR experience and we requested that our group of 3 have a redo because we all want to go at the same time, staffs allowed it and gave him a 3rd VR headset and it finally worked. Over all, I really think if you want to have something fun to do with any ages in your family this is it.

Had a great time here. Takes 50 mins and is very well structured and planned. Was my first time at a virtual reality experience. Some of the transitions were a little clunky but the overall experience is recommended
Located on the second floor near Chinatown, this VR experience has a great fact about the Titanic. It's highly interactive—I could spill a virtual drink or climb virtual stairs, and my partner saw me as if I were actually upstairs, even though the floor was flat. I highly recommend it at $40 per person. The check-in experience was nice. The VR glasses can be a bit tight and heavy, especially if you wear glasses.
It was a great experience. The employees were really lovely. And as someone that wears glasses and has never used VR I was happy to see you can still use it with glasses comfortably. I do wish we could’ve seen more of the Titanic and different rooms but from what we saw it was pretty awesome.
