The confirmation email then stated the session was only 35 minutes.
Neither time frame mattered because the 2 crates of plates and glasses took less than 10 minutes to smash through.
The amount of money for extras was ridiculous and clearly just a money grab.
Wish I’d come and seen the reviews prior to booking as that was not worth the $130 for our date night.

kayla was honestly amazing. super friendly, super helpful, and made the whole experience so easy and fun. she explained everything really clearly and answered all our questions without making us feel rushed or awkward. her energy was so warm and welcoming—seriously made such a difference. if you go to the smash room and kayla’s there, you’re in good hands. 10/10 experience because of her.

Booking & Cancellation
The Smash Room offers flexible booking options. You can reschedule your appointment at no charge anytime before your scheduled session. For cancellations, a minimum of 48 hours' notice via email or phone is required to avoid a $20 service fee. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours will incur this fee. Please note that no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. For group bookings, individual attendees can be rescheduled or refunded with at least 48 hours' notice; otherwise, their portion of the booking will be forfeited. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process.

This experience was totally underwhelming. Whilst the website makes it appear to be fun and engaging, the service is anything but. Customer service was non existent. We only received two small boxes of plates and cups to smash, with all other items at an additional cost which was not advertised prior to booking. Those additional costs were quite exorbitant. Waste of money and waste of the 5 minutes it took to break the few items that were provided. Would not recommend.
Came here with my partner for our 9 year anniversary. Had an absolute blast! I recommend pacing yourself. You will get tired quick so enjoy the smashing. And buying the giant tv to destroy? Best money I ever spent. Especially when they gave us the sledgehammer 😂 Staff were all amazing and super helpful. Can't remember the name of the girls who were on reception (one had amazing black and silver nails) but they were so lovely! Great customer service. Will be back here again!! And next time I'm bringing stuff to smash 😂
What an amazing experience! The team at Smash Room really went above and beyond to make our day fun. Special mention to Johan for booking us in. The instructions were clear, and we all had a blast. Plus, the added bonus of having table tennis tables and arcade games to enjoy after our session made the whole experience even more memorable. Thank you for such a fun time!
