The puzzles were clever, logical, and well maintained, with everything working exactly as intended. Hints were delivered perfectly — helpful without spoiling anything — and the flow of the room felt smooth and immersive the entire time.
A huge shout-out to Amber, who was absolutely amazing. She was engaging, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. Her energy and timing elevated the experience and made us feel genuinely looked after from briefing through to completion. You can tell when a host really cares — and Amber absolutely does.
Clear safety briefing, great engagement, and a proper debrief at the end rounded out what was a polished, professional, and genuinely fun experience.

Hands down the greatest escape room experience ever! So immersive, multiple rooms and bonus puzzles! The themeage is on point and the decor! Right from the moment you walk in its like youre transported into another world. Thankyou so much!
Absolutely incredible escape room experience! Room puzzles were awesome and very immersive. Definitely coming back again for their upcoming horror themed experience!!! Host was also amazing, friendly and very helpful. Recommending this one to everyone that's visiting Melbourne!
10/10 amazing experience! Thanks also to Amber who guided us through the instructions, the storyline and provided us with clues. Super interactive where every team member got to have a go, even with a large group of 6. There were also easy adjustments for pregnancy and even a baby, which didn't limit the experience much at all. Best escape room ever, highly recommend!
