Booking & Cancellation
For private group bookings, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and full balance payment is due 10 days prior to the event. Online bookings (Come & Try, Deluxe private packages) are generally non-refundable. Rescheduling for online bookings is permitted up to 7 days in advance; changes made 7 days to 48 hours prior incur an admin fee (Come & Try: $25/person; Deluxe private: 30% of total). No changes are allowed within 48 hours of the event. No-shows or late arrivals forfeit their experience. If Oz Shooting cancels an event, a full refund or reschedule will be offered, except if cancellation is due to participant safety or policy breaches.

Highly recommend and good value for money. Really fun day shooting at clay targets, which get progressively harder as they come in from different angles. There is a bit of waiting around but that was fine as even watching others is still entertaining - would come back again.
Tried out the “Come and Try” session today (6/5/25 at 3:15pm) at Oz Shooting in Carrum Downs – and honestly, it was the bomb! 🎯🔥 It was my first time ever trying anything like a shooting range experience, and I’m already keen to go back. The two lads running Range 8 were legends – super fun, friendly, and made the whole thing really interactive. They gave clear instructions, kept the vibe relaxed, and made sure everyone was having a good time. We even got a few pics and videos at the end which was a great touch for the memories! Yes, it’s on the pricier side – but for the experience you get, it’s 100% worth it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something different and exciting to do!
An absolutely amazing experience! We did the Come and Try package and it was the perfect fit for absolute beginners! The instructors were knowledgeable and super friendly and gave really helpful advice to improve our next shot. We were lucky to have had a sunny winters day, but we will be booking again for sure during summer! Thanks Oz Shooting!
