MANIAX bookings are generally non-refundable. For group packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond), deposits are lost if date transfer requests are made within 5 days (for Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) or 14 days (for Diamond) of the original scheduled date. Decreases in participants for group packages are non-refundable, but payment can be reallocated to food, beverages, or merchandise. Standard sessions, Date/Mate Night, Family Pass, and Forty-Buck Chuck bookings are also non-refundable; no-shows will not receive refunds but may be reissued as a credit or date transfer. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Had a fantastic time throwing for a mates birthday, Natasha ran us through everything and was amazing to learn from, cane by whenever we had questions and was actually fantastic! The puzza and drinks were also out of this world would very highly recommend:)
Holy hell, this place is the perfect idea for a night out, bucks, hens whatever, all the staff are exceptional special note to Kobe, our instructor and the manager, both ensured our group had an amazing experience. If you have not, you must!!!
Had an awesome late afternoon session here today with my 10 besties for my 50th Birthday, so much fun! Brody and Natasha were very fun and kept the positive vibes flowing. Brodys jokes were on pointe too, he probably does the same jokes every time but that’s ok cause they were good! We got the mate/date deal for 2 with a pizza and drink, for an hour of throwing. Very fun experience.
