Booking & Cancellation
MANIAX has a strict non-refundable policy for all bookings, including group packages, standard sessions, and special events like Bucks and Hens parties. While refunds are not issued for cancellations or decreases in participant numbers, date and time transfers may be possible subject to availability and existing terms. For group packages, changes within 5 days (or 14 days for Diamond packages) of the event may result in forfeiture of deposits or charges for minimum lane sizes. Any remaining prepayment from reduced numbers will be issued as a credit for on-site food, beverage, or merchandise on the day of the booking, not for future dates.

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary here, and we couldn’t have had a better experience! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. The atmosphere was welcoming, the experience itself was incredibly enjoyable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. A special shoutout to Olly, who provided clear and helpful instructions, checked in with us throughout, and made sure we had the best time possible. Their professionalism and enthusiasm truly enhanced our experience. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and memorable time—10/10, we’ll definitely be back!
Disappointing after reading other reviews that when my 6 friends attended to celebrate a birthday, and were the ONLY guests in the venue that the girl supervising was not very helpful at all. She did do the instructional introduction and said she would watch our first few throws and assist/ offer advice ....but she didn't!! Even when many of us had obvious difficulties and exclaimed out loud that we wished we could get some help! It also struck me as odd, that a venue serving food and especially alcohol- has NO toilet facility and you have to leave the venue to use a shopping centre communal toilet. I did like the dress up/ photo area- (shame the host wouldn't take a group photo for us) and I also liked how you could project different targets and games onto the axe boards, but I definitely wouldn't come back here- I'd go into the city where I know an instructor stays with your group the entire time and gives pointers. Having read other reviews about how helpful and fun the guy hosts are- sounds like we scored the bottom of the barrel!☹️
Fun, exciting experience for yourself or with some friends. Can choose from different packages and goes for hourly slots that can be pre booked. It’s very safe and they teach everything step by step. They also guide you if it’s your first time and are very friendly. Pizza and onion rings available with a range of drinks to choose from. It also gives you a good workout.
