Unfortunately this was an extremely poor experience. I’ve completed 50+ escape rooms, and this was by far the worst I’ve done. Several puzzles were broken or unclear, and instead of providing hints, staff would often just give us the answers outright. It was also obvious that parts of the room were being manually triggered, with noticeable delays even after correctly solving puzzles (for example, placing the vegetables in the baskets and then waiting for something to happen). This completely broke immersion and made it feel poorly designed and maintained. There was no waiver or safety briefing beforehand, which is concerning, and very little engagement from staff during the experience. After completing the room, there was no one there to meet us or debrief, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. We were tempted to ask for a refund, but couldn’t be bothered waiting around for a staff member to become available — which probably says it all. Overall, this felt unfinished, poorly run, and frustrating rather than fun. I’d strongly warn others not to go and would not recommend this escape room to anyone. (We did the nightmare room) Update: when I provided this feedback to support at the room they were excellent and willing to work through the issue with me.
Had a great time with Bloodline. Acting was amazing, the entire game was immersive. Staff were very nice and improv was hilarious. 5/5, would come here again next time if i wanted by heart blown up.

I came here for my friend’s birthday celebrations, there were 6 of us girls. The horror maze we did (bloodline) was so thrilling! 90 mins of being scared practically the entire time Even though there were 6 of us, we struggled a bit with finding clues and getting things done in time but we had a walkie talkie to talk to the staff outside for additional help. The main actor (that was playing 3 different characters) was amazing! He was super patient with us and our millions of questions 😂 Genuinely terrifying but so much fun! Now I want to go to the next escape room of this storyline in Preston
We did the Nightmare room. The setup and storyline were quite interesting, and the decorations were really well done, you can tell they put a lot of effort into it. However, the puzzles weren’t very challenging; there were only a few in each room and they were pretty simple, so nothing really stood out. They also forgot to include one of the clues, so we got stuck for a while, which made the experience feel incomplete. There was no timer in the room, so we had no idea how much time we had left, and the staff kept giving us answers to multiple puzzles even when we didnt ask for it, it kind of ruined the experience. The room itself wasn’t scary. It’s definitely not the best escape room I’ve played, but it wasn’t bad either, but maybe consider other rooms if you’re looking for a scarier or harder one
Best horror escape rooms we’ve ever experienced! Will definitely be back for more Our group of six tackled Bloodlines first, and even though one of our members had to leave early, the staff were incredibly accommodating and made sure we still had an amazing time. We came back the next day for Haunted, and they made sure everyone could fully enjoy the experience while still keeping the scares intense. Bloodlines is a ‘hide from the monster’ adventure while you solve clues, while Haunted has a ghost relentlessly chase your group while you complete puzzles (both very scary but haunted was my personal fave). Both rooms were incredibly immersive and brilliantly designed plus the team took fun videos of our reactions - a really nice touch that made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend for any horror fan looking for thrills and great customer care!
