Booking & Cancellation
Mountain View Paintball does not offer refunds on items that have shipped. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned for a refund. Customers are highly encouraged to add ReDo Package Protection and/or Return coverage at checkout. If ReDo is chosen, returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, factory-sealed items in original packaging. Without ReDo, returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days for new, unused items in original packaging, but return shipping is not covered and certain items like paintball guns/markers, paintballs, underwear, and used/refurbished items are non-returnable. Contact them at 909-373-0998 or support@mountainviewpaintball.com to initiate a return without ReDo.

They have a really nice staff always willing to help out and answer all the dumb questions that I have They are also very knowledgeable about almost every paintball gun out there and can repair almost every paintball gun. If you’re season of veteran or a beginner, just trying to get into the sport, they have something for everyone well worth checking this place out

Bought a brand new mask opened the box and saw the emblems were already peeling. Sent an email to customer service, they asked how I would like to proceed? I said I'll hang on to the mask but if I could get a partial refund for some replacement retaining clips. They didn't have them in stock so I sent a link to a site that did told them shipping and tax to me would probably be around $14. They emailed me back telling me their team thought it would be best to glue it. No thanks, this is why I buy local.
