Had a gel blast private party Olivia was our referee she was amazing! Made sure the kids had a blast and did whatever games they wanted to do! She made my son’s party the best! Thank you Olivia !

be careful when you purchase tickets here they don't tell you that you also need to buy their paintballs and their BBS only. and it's for BB's. it's $24 a person on top of the price you've already paid. it'd be nice. they tell you that like in the beginning when you purchase the tickets till after you buy them how much do BBS are? so I have a party of 24 people and now I have to pay $22 something per person on top of that for BB's And of course you can't buy your own BBS from somewhere else

Terrible experience came here for my birthday and it was all good and fun until a group came into the field without a ref and just started going ham, no masks, no ref, climbing in things, running between maps, and shooting people who weren't even playing yet, as well as firing in the safe spots and firing at people outside the field. They cheated and didn't call their hits to which the group got mad and assaulted my friend and I with the paintball guns. They fired at me point blank into my throat twice after they were out and then jabbed my throat with the barrel of the gun. It was an unhinged match where they just walked into the field. During which they also assaulted my buddy by jabbing him in the back and spraying him with lots of paintballs after getting out and refusing to acknowledge it. Mind you this is a nice 30+ player game with a single ref with people who had no regard for the rules. Then when we reported them the group instantly got back to being able to play despite breaking literally every single rule in the required safety video. They were then "separated from the general public" by getting upgraded to private games with a private ref instead of being told to follow the rules or leave or even getting kicked out. So these people just simply kept on playing while they physically threatened us and threatened our lives while attempting to intimidate us by throwing hand signs and snarling at us across the courtyard. It was so disappointing to see this handled by letting them keep on playing although for the safety of the staff I understand, however it doesn't make it any less frustrating and a horrible experience, especially on my birthday and for the price I spent on it. The only redeeming thing is that they comped us to come back another day but that's like the bare minimum after a stunt like that.

Lots of fun, but the vests need to be washed, they smell like body odor. Furthermore, you need different color vests to identify teams. There were too many friendly fire incidents which made it impossible to engage without second guessing.

This place was exceptional. They have the best costumer service. I had an issue with my booking and the lady in the front desk went out of her way to make sure we didn't miss our event. I can't remember her name lelanie or ana. When we got there everyone was very professional and our referree was friendly,out going and made our experience better than expected. I believe she said her name was Valerie or Ashley. The package we got was the soft paint ball. First time doing it. It does hurt and leaves you bruises but nothing major. I will definitely be returning.
