We visited Navrtar on December 1st as a party of 4 adults for my son’s birthday. We have experienced several VR challenges in London and the US and found Navrtar to be really enjoyable and just enough of a challenge for the two of us in our 50s! The staff member who explained everything to us was helpful and patient! Plus he made some fabulous zombie themed cocktails! Definitely recommend Navrtar.
This was our first time doing a VR experience so didn’t really know what to expect. Everything was well explained. The staff were very patient, friendly and helpful. We all had so much fun and we will definitely be returning.

My partner and I visited after trying another VR venue and we honestly weren’t expecting much, but we were pleasantly surprised! From the very first call, the operator was super helpful and even suggested booking online for a discount. When we arrived, we were instantly welcomed. The staff member on duty that night was fantastic, he even recognised my voice from the phone call! He recommended games for us, and as someone who usually avoids zombie games, I can say I definitely faced my fears. We booked an hour, split into two sessions: 30 minutes across 3 different games, then a full 30-minute zombie mission on 'Contagion Origin'. The clarity on the HTC headsets was excellent, and using a physical modelled gun in the main room made it feel incredibly real. The open layout (rather than separate booths) gave us freedom to move around, making the whole experience immersive — though yes, you might bump into your teammates! Some games are more static, but I highly recommend the zombie shooter, it’s intense but so much fun. The staff were attentive throughout, guiding us whenever we needed help. Overall, it was amazing fun, realistic, exciting, and perfect for couples, friends, or family. Next time, we’ll go straight for the full 1-hour game. Bonus: I totally beat my partner on kills, deaths, and points in the final round! 😅 Highly recommended.
First time doing a VR experience, was super fun! Came in a group of 6 which meant the session was private. The staff are friendly and explain everything you need to know before you start playing. The venue is clean and there is a bar area for drinks if you’re thirsty. As for the actual experience, you get around 30 mins to play some mini games first, these were fun - some games were better than others, like the clown shooting game. I can’t really imagine losing at any of these games though since they were pretty straightforward and easy to play (or maybe we were just too good? lol). After, you move into the bigger room for the main experience. We played Contagion VR 2150 which was really fun but not that scary. The first level in the lab was much better than the second level, as it was more immersive, darker and scarier. It would be good if there were different weapons you could choose from in the main experience, but that’s a limitation on the actual game and not the venue. I’d come back to try the other zombie shooting modes, and if they also had other mini games to play at the start.
I booked a game of Virtual Arena PVP (plus augmented reality darts) for my son's birthday party. Everything was really well organised and the staff were all very helpful & friendly. The boys had a great time, thoroughly recommended!
