Booking & Cancellation
Trapp'd allows rescheduling of bookings with more than 24 hours' notice, free of charge. However, cancellations made by the customer, regardless of notice period, are non-refundable. Bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled if they are within 24 hours of the scheduled time. No partial refunds are issued if fewer players attend than booked. If Trapp'd initiates a cancellation or reschedule, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative booking date.

I've been twice now and enjoyed both. Fantastic date location (maybe 3/4th date) The music wasn't as good the second time. They offer to connect your phone to speaker system if you want but I needed mine for pictures. 1st time I went they took requests. The rock is basically Slipknot which was meh. I'd go drum and base next time. But, there likely will be a next time so that says something. I'd suggest taking an applicant you have beef with, the ones provided don't last long and you eventually are just whacking plastic shards on the floor. You get a big printer, a monitor or two and a tray of bottles. They don't last long .
Had a brilliant time at Rage Room Billing Aquadrome! I've been telling everyone they need to go! The guy in charge was great fun and very encouraging. Can't wait to go again, thanks for an awesome time!
Absolutely cathartic experience, would recommend to anyone! It was our first (but definitely not last!) time today at the Destroy'd Rage Room, our host was Pete and we had a blast! The induction was quick, easy and funny! Protective clothing and gear was provided before entering the room. The room itself consisted of stuff ready to be destroyed (a tray of glass bottles, a printer and a computer screen). Plenty of metal bars for us to use to destroy the stuff in the room. There was also a punch bag in the room which was also nice to use. Once Pete left us in the room, music was blasted and we got to work! It felt great, we will be back! Thanks Pete!
