Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refunds, gift cards, or rescheduling. Bookings can be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours' notice for a £30 fee. Had an amazing time axe throwing! The whole experience was loads of fun, and the atmosphere made it even better. The staff member was so welcoming, funny, and always happy to help — made everyone feel comfortable and confident, even the beginners. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something a bit different and a great laugh!
What an amazing time we had! Firstly, the technology and the small intimacy of it all is so fun. Something like this can be intimidating because you don’t wanna look stupid infront of others, but honestly after a few minutes you forget where you are and have a blast. The place itself is really cool. Great music and just a lovely vibe. But, the thing that made it 100% a place we will come back to, is Pree. Pree, the instructor, is so personable, lovely, fun and in depth with everything. We went with my stepdaughter and partner for Father’s Day, and throughout he was a cheerleader for our 10 year old, and us of course! Customer service is something I always look for in places, but that man is an absolute legend and genuinely a credit to the company. What a lovely lovely man! We will be coming back!
We had an absolute blast at Axe Factor in Shrewsbury! From the moment we arrived, the staff (Pree especially) were incredibly welcoming, friendly, professional and hilarious, making sure everyone felt comfortable and ready to throw. The facility itself is epic, and the atmosphere is so much fun—perfect for a family outing or a fun night out with friends. The staff made sure we had a great time, offering helpful tips and keeping the energy high throughout the session. It was an experience I won’t forget, and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a thrilling and unique activity in Shrewsbury. Five stars all the way!
