I've been twice in the last 3 weeks for the live fire 40 and one specialist gun. Each time it was the perfect blend of fun and safety. Most of the people running it are ex military, they are so knowledgeable and approachable, thank you for your service gentlemen. Stuart and James were professional and welcoming.
We came here as a group for a stag party and did the air rifle shooting activity – absolutely brilliant experience! The shooting range was well set up with quality guns, and the landscape around made it even better. Super professional and friendly staff who made the session fun and safe. Great spot for people in and around Warrington – loads of parking too. Highly recommended!

For general bookings, a full refund is available within 14 days of booking, or 48 hours if within the minimum notice period, or 24 hours for special offers/bookings within 7 days. No cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of check-in. After the cooling-off period, no refunds are issued unless due to force majeure. Contact for cancellation is via email to bookings@hoverforce.co.uk, followed by a phone call. Corporate bookings (20+ people) can cancel up to the Minimum Period of Notice (28 days weekdays/56 days Saturdays) but forfeit a 30% reservation deposit. Cancellations within this period incur a 100% liability. The Minimum Period of Notice varies by group size: 1-4 participants require 7 days (14 for Saturdays), 5-15 participants require 14 days (28 for Saturdays), and 16+ participants require 28 days (56 for Saturdays).

Had a great time at Hover Force — the activities were brilliant! We especially loved the sports day challenges, air rifle shooting, and hovercraft experience. Definitely a fun and memorable day out. That said, the day could’ve been better organised. There wasn’t much of a briefing at the start, and at times it felt a bit unclear what we were supposed to be doing or where to go next — we were often just told to wait until someone found us. A simple intro and clearer instructions would make a big difference. Proper toilets and a better food selection would also improve the overall experience. Still, the activities themselves were excellent and we left with big smiles. Would recommend, just go with a bit of patience and a sense of adventure!
Live fire shooting - The instructor was great. Funny and informative. Safety is a priority and first timers will be taken care of. 50M open range and Hammerli Tac R1 as the default gun. Overall we (group of 6) had a fun time.
Started with axe throwing and archery followed by the gun range, absolutely loved it and the guy who supervised us was fantastic, I think his name was Steve but apologies if that's incorrect, was having so much fun it slipped my mind but he was a top guy anyway 👍 finished of with the dirt buggies supervised by Ruben and that was also great. Me and my son had a great day so thanks very much guys 🙏❤️
