Brilliant camp and facilities. What I found amazing was the indoor AI shooting range. Amazing expirience! Aswell as an actual shooting range. Wasn't a massive fan of the shower facilities being separate from the sleeping accommodation. Can be a bit of a cold yet refreshing run. Smaller than most so it's not a huge walk to most places, but there's still plenty to explore. ACF crew 2009-2017 🎶🥁
Went there twice as a cadet.1972 and 1976 great spot first time billited in nissan huts,second time fancier accommodation.great assault course,big drill square, good shooting ranges. Hightown village the rail connection to Southport. Hightown where z cars was filmed..first time ten days second time fourteen as was on the advance party
