Having been a long-standing member and customer, I recently brought three other individuals with me to get signed up. Unfortunately, we were assisted by an individual named Alexander, whose behaviour was unprofessional and patronising - so much so that a colleague had to tell him to stop. By the end of the visit, all of us felt strongly that we would not return, nor could we recommend this facility. The customer service and people skills demonstrated by that individual were extremely disappointing.

As a christmas present, we arrange for three of us to go for shotgun lessons at North Wales Shooting School at Deeside. The facilities are excellent and the instructor, Steve, immediately put us all at ease. As newbies Steve gave us careful tuition, and within no time at all the clays didn't stand a chance! With 30+ shots each over a selection of targets, lasting over an hour and a half, we had a fantastic time and are already talking about going back for more. Thanks to all the staff at the range, and particular thanks to Steve for making the lesson a fun and memorable time.

Had a great experience this morning at the shooting school. We called up last night and booked a lane. Would definitely recommend booking and wrapping up warm. Great experience for all ages and great value for money. Arrived this morning, greeted with a warm welcome. Off we went down to the lane were we were greeted again by some regulars of the club, had some good fun chatting and shooting. Facilities are great there is a cafe and toilet facilities all clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking spaces for everyone.
