Booking & Cancellation
To cancel an escape room booking, notify us at least one week in advance for a full credit or a refund minus a £15 administration fee per room. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled time are not eligible for a refund, and no-shows will also forfeit their booking without a refund or reschedule. For rescheduling, requests made at least 7 days prior are preferred. Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a £15 per room administration fee, while requests made less than 24 hours before the booking require a minimum payment of £50 per room to cover costs.

Absolutely brilliant night out with my friends last night. We completed the Ice Crown game in record time with 0 clues. Ellie was amazing as our game host and probably spend the whole time laughing at our antics. It was a great mix of physical and digital puzzles and with 5 people there was plenty to do. We can’t wait to come back to do their other rooms!
Went with a group of 6 to do the ‘Museum Heist’ room and it was great fun! Good level of challenge and range of puzzles for us all to get involved. Good theming. Our host Ellie was really friendly and explained everything well.
We recently visited Escapism Chester to tackle one of their rooms, and it was a genuinely fantastic experience! Having played several escape rooms, I can confidently say this venue stands out for its high production values and incredibly clever puzzle design. We played 'The Missing' and the theming was brilliant; the room itself felt truly immersive. The puzzles had a wonderful flow - they were varied, logical, and really demanded teamwork, providing that perfect 'Aha!' moment when we cracked a tricky code. It was a great mix of tactile and cerebral challenges. A huge shout-out must go to our Game Master (they are consistently excellent here!), who was absolutely superb. They set the scene perfectly and offered timely, helpful hints when we truly needed a nudge, without ever giving the solution away. Escapism Chester is ideal for a date night, a team-building event, or a fun day out with the family. The entire hour flew by, and we left buzzing from the challenge. If you’re in Chester and looking for a brilliant time, book a room here immediately. It's a truly professional and thrilling set-up. Five stars!
