The Great Escape Game has a strict no-refunds policy for all bookings, including no-shows or late arrivals. Changes to bookings are free if made more than a month in advance. For changes made less than a month prior, a £25 per room fee applies. Changes are not accepted within one week of the booking date. Unexpected events or weather conditions do not qualify for refunds.

My partner and I did the Abducted escape game and WOW – what an incredible experience! From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere was intense and spine-chilling in the best way. It was scary, thrilling, and had us on edge the entire time (in a totally fun way!). The puzzles were super challenging but well-designed, and we managed to escape with a couple of helpful hints. Huge shoutout to George, who was fantastic – professional, friendly, and really helped set the mood for the game. His support made the experience even more enjoyable. This was such a unique and exciting evening activity – perfect for couples or small groups who love a bit of a scare and a solid mental challenge. We’re still talking about it and already planning our next escape. Highly recommend!
This was a really great experience! The room was set out really well and the clues were at least somewhat tricky to solve. Sophie and Brandon were lovely hosts and we’d come back to tackle another room in a heartbeat!
Did the abandoned themed escape room. 10/10 experience, we had great fun and were greeted by very friendly and welcoming staff. Reece did a great job at scaring us and made our experience very fun. We would definitely recommend this!!
