It was our first time at Immotion today. Jade went through the different options available. I explained that both myself and child were Deaf. Jade smiled and immediately showed fantastic Deaf awareness by using any signs that she knew, gesturing, and she made sure she was facing us as she was talking. A very pleasant experience was had. This was a fantastic experience which we did for our daughter's birthday. But what really stood out for me was how good the staff were with the kids. So patient and laughing/ conversing with the kids. Above and beyond service from Jade and Jesse.
Luke was brilliant in supporting inclusive access, we wish everywhere was like this! Nothing was too much trouble, he clearly explained everything over the phone before we went and once there was calm and friendly. Our children loved it and can’t wait to go back.
