Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 31 days prior to the booked date will receive a full refund minus the deposit. For cancellations 31 days or less before the event, no refund will be issued. All cancellations and reductions in group size must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by us via email at admin@geronigo.com or post; verbal cancellations are not accepted. Special activities like skydiving are non-refundable and non-transferable. In cases of bad weather, unavoidable circumstances, or pandemic closures, bookings will be rescheduled, or a credit voucher will be issued, with no refunds applicable.
