I have trouble every year finding a place to host a December kiddos birthday, my sister found Zero Latency and it was the best find. Booking the event was very easy. I was walked through options and the process, and I booked it the same day.
I received alerts reminding me of the event, which I thought was a nice touch.
The facility is nice, spacious with great decor, and welcoming. The staff are very pleasant and very helpful.
The kids attending were able to play two games and they loved it. We were able to see the game the kids were playing, what each child saw in their VR headset, and hear their commentary via large TV in the watch area. I will admit I was a bit jealous I couldn't play.
We will return and I definitely recommend everyone go try them out.

Freaking incredible place! I took my daughter here, and we did the Christmas zombie game and it was totally amazing . This was a great experience and a mini workout definitely recommend highly and will be back! Ali was super helpful and nice!! This place is an absolute must do!!!!
One of the best experiences ever. I went with my family and we had such a great time. We couldn’t stop talking about it. It’s definitely something for a big group to do altogether. I would definitely recommend.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We went with a group of people and played two games that lasted approximately 40 minutes each. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return. A special shoutout to Mike and Sydney for making our experience so enjoyable.
