This place is AWESOME!! We came here for my daughter’s birthday with 5 kids, ages 8 - 16. Everyone from the girl at the front desk to the game operators to the people serving food - truly exceptional customer service. We spent 5 full hours here!! And the kids would have loved to stay even longer. Getting the full pass is worth every penny. All the games WORK. All the experiences were OPEN. I can’t say enough good things about this place. My entire family LOVED it. And special shout out to manager Rich for hooking my kids up at the ticket counter, and to Gabby at Krave.

Booking & Cancellation
All jump ticket purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. For parties and group events, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, and this deposit is non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel a party or event, you can reschedule it to a new date within one year of the original booking, and your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled event. My son and I went for the grand opening today, and I have to say we left disappointed. The girl at the front desk was very friendly, but we never received a free pass to return as what was advertised.My son loved the arcade and variety of games, but every single claw game had loose claws and was literally dropping every single toy that the claws grabbed. We went to 3 different machines and played several rounds and at each one, the claw was loose. My son is a pro at claw games, so it was not luck or talent that was lacking. We bought the grand opening pass but both times when we went to the pixel floor and the VR area, my son was not allowed in because there was a party in there. So frustrating. Once we actually made it to the pixel floor, he had a good time but just waiting around for the parties to finish was not what we expected. The trampoline area is fun but small, as is the dodgeball, bowling and playground area. Again, the arcade had a lot of variety and he had a great time there, but can get pricey. We recharged our card an additional $20 and that flew by quickly. The balloon guys and face painter was a nice touch for the grand opening, as was the DJ. We were looking at Launch as a potential birthday party venue, but unfortunately we won’t be returning.
My boys are in elementary and middle school and they absolutely loved Launch!!! They literally played here for hours and did not want to leave. Their favorite parts were the VR Laser Tag, the jump pad, the ropes course and the dodgeball court. We also grabbed some pizza and icees. It’s brand new and everything is super clean and modern. 10/10 recommend. @thathoustonmom
