This is our second birthday here. My daughter and her friends love how they can be individual competitions and teamwork in others. They played floor is lava and another. The staff was great when the room got to warm, she allowed them to open the door and provided water. They enjoyed themselves very much.
Chose this venue and paid online for it based on what the site detailed. I took my two granddaughters, 4 and 6 and my daughter who is 18. I paid for the 4 of us to do an hour and a half, two different games or themes. It didnt go well and about 15mins into our first game. I stepped out to let the person in charge know. She said a lot of stuff that I never clearly understood, I gave it the rest of the 30mins. We had a whole hour left, and it was not going well. We chose to leave. I never really understood what she said about making it right and went back after getting the little ones settled elsewhere with my daughter so I could focus and make it clear I didnt want to pay for an additional hour. She then gave me a card for her manager and even said I wouldn't probably reach her but I could try. And its her email only. You can see where this is headed. It wasn't a bad time but it wasn't a good fit for a 4, 6 year old. And I want to be returned the money for the hour unused. I will update if I still have nothing resolved by tomorrow. UPDATE: No response from store manager. The corporate office help was unhelpful as well. He did take my info but was unable to help, he says he has escalated this to the store manager who has already been unavailable. I am simply waiting the refund for time unused, not the 30minutes we did part of one activity and then some of another the attendant recommended. When we left, we left having paid for 90mins and we were only at the facility for 30mins. **Be cautious buying tickets online. The attendant said they were not showing the games suitable for the younger children and she felt the package we purchased was not the best for our group. Unfortunately she has been unable to help.

Me & my 7 year old daughter came here today at 5:30 & TEAM MEMBER EM helped us out. She was great! She had so much knowledge about the games & gave us the best experience possible. I think I just found the perfect place to host my daughter’s 8th birthday in January! Thank you so much for creating this wonderful, thoughtful, family experience! $20 for weekdays is a great deal as well, I appreciate the cheaper prices during the week
We recently celebrated a birthday with friends there utilizing the birthday package option for 7 players. The package included an hour of play, a decorated room, pizza, drinks, and cupcakes. The communication did leave a little to be desired. After learning that pepperoni pizza was an option for an additional charge as well as the type of cupcakes(a variety) I moved forward with booking. Once we arrived, we had 5 players. The room was small and underwhelming. “M” was the only one working that day and she was great. She did have to call and check in with her manager on just about every other question customers had. And they missed a lot of business bc she was helping the folks there already instead of being at the front. We were provided with chocolate cupcakes not a variety. They played the Batman game and had a blast. My suggestion would be not booking the party package bc it’s a waste of money and just book for the number of guests you have. This was hard for us to do bc rsvps for kids parties can be unpredictable. Fun experience but the value wasn’t there.
It was awesome. Great family teamwork bonding experience. The staff were friendly & helpful. We needed to retake our gift photo & they allowed us to without any issues. Fun fun fun!!!
