I’ve been to this type of experience multiple times before and really have enjoyed it. Had family in town and thought I would take them to share in the fun. While the actual game was just fine, the attendant who was working at the MarQ location was very hard to understand, spoke at a very low tone, seemed bothered that I would ask him to give us instructions and was just overall very disengaged. From past experiences, I know that having the right person there makes a huge difference. He needs some coaching and observation.

Booking & Cancellation
Standard tickets can be refunded up to 48 hours before the booking time; you can manage this through your confirmation email. Cancellations within 48 hours or for tickets purchased within this period are not eligible for refunds. Non-arrivals also forfeit their booking. For large groups like school or kids' birthday parties, full refunds are available for cancellations up to 72 hours in advance, and rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours prior. Corporate events and full venue hires have a 20% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining 80% refundable if cancelled two weeks in advance. Rescheduling for these bookings is permitted up to one week prior. Holiday party bookings (Nov 10 - Dec 15) are non-refundable but can be rescheduled or converted to a voucher.

I bought the summer pass for my Superhero and we have done a few games that we loved! I highly recommend Squid Game, The Floor is Lava, Batman, and Ghostbusters. The discounted summer passes were so worth it, and a great treat to play indoors when it’s super hot!
Totally had fun. I am pretty sure watching people play would also be pretty funny. The time flies when you are having fun. And then it is time to go home. Nick helped us play as first timers which was really helpful. Now we know what we are doing. You can get drinks, put your stuff in lockers while you play and you can have birthday parties here. We went on a weeknight so not too busy but weekends are busy.
This was a great experience for an early weekend event. Nick was extremely helpful especially for this being my first time. I was so confused and he came in to provide direction on how to play each game. My favorite game was Angry Birds but I was killing it in one of the Squid Games mini games. Overall a great time and I will be back.
