Cancellations made more than 31 days before the event are eligible for a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 31 days of the event are non-refundable, and the deposit is forfeited. All cancellations and reductions in numbers must be submitted in writing to admin@geronigo.com and acknowledged by Go Ballistic. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. If an event is cancelled by the venue due to bad weather or other unavoidable circumstances, it will be rescheduled, and refunds are not applicable. For bookings with the Flexi-Date option, rescheduling is possible up to 2 weeks prior to the event. Without Flexi-Date, rescheduling within 14 days incurs a £40 fee, subject to instructor confirmation. Refunds are limited to the amount paid and do not cover consequential losses. Pandemic-related closures result in a credit voucher valid for six months, not a refund.
