Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by Go Ballistic; verbal cancellations are not accepted. If you cancel more than 31 days before your event, you will receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. For cancellations made 31 days or less prior to the event, no refund will be provided, and the deposit will be forfeited. Reductions in group size are subject to the same cancellation charges. Certain activities, such as skydiving and zorbing, have stricter non-refundable and non-transferable policies once booked. You can send written cancellations to admin@geronigo.com.
