I took a precision rifle class with Christian and it was phenomenal from start to finish. I have previous shooting experience, but was looking for a refresher and I got so much more. Christian is an outstanding shooting instructor. He assessed my skill level and helped me regain my confidence again with shooting. He was attentive and his instruction was incredibly tailored to my needs. After we worked through the basics and established where I was comfortable, he gave me a creative and fun class that I will forever be grateful for. I feel more than ready for an upcoming deer hunt! I will definitely be taking more classes with Christian in the future to improve my skills and knowledge with other firearms and disciplines. The Texas Gun Ranch team is amazing from clubhouse to range and back. I would highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Christian Gioson at Texas Gun Ranch. He was patient, professional, and extremely detailed. In a short session he covered safety, proper stance, and how to hold the firearm correctly—and he even helped me determine my dominant eye. I soaked up the information like a sponge and left with excited to learn more. I highly recommend Christian to anyone who’s new to shooting or wants to feel safer, more confident, and more responsible.

My first few visits to the Texas Gun Ranch were for charity events, where I had no idea what I was doing— I believe I scored a 25 out of 100 that first time! The more I shot sporting clays, the more I fell in love with it. I now shoot the course regularly and at the pistol and rifle ranges. I've even taught both of my children how to shoot there. We now host one of the largest events at the venue: the Texas Valor Project Sporting Clay Tournament benefiting Veterans and First Reponders. The staff is unbelievably accommodating and attentive to our needs—they're always kind and respectful. Since joining, I've retired from golf, and this has become my number-one hobby. I cannot recommend the team at the Texas Gun Ranch more highly!

Two recent fantastic handgun training classes at TGR have confirmed my view that this is the place to share my family’s growing love for shooting sports. Paul and Christian are excellent instructors and designed each class around each student’s needs. They made it fun and highly informational. You could tell they are gifted teachers as well as highly experienced shooters. Thanks! We’ll be back and we’re bringing friends!!

We had a great time at The Dallas Five clay shoot. Paul and the rest of the crew are extremely helpful and have the place running like clockwork. The main building is large and is great for events. I wish that the restrooms were larger to accommodate more people. The large covered pavilion works great in bad weather. The shooting stations need some more TLC but I like that they change up the launching positions to mix-up the clay's trajectory from the previous year. They have hired more staff, including an Events Coordinator, who was amazing! Keep up the good work y'all!
