Booking & Cancellation
For standard bookings, a full refund is available if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit, manageable through your confirmation email. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time, or for tickets purchased within this period, are non-refundable. Non-arrivals also forfeit their booking without compensation. For larger groups, including kids' birthday or school packages, full refunds or size reductions are permitted up to 72 hours in advance by contacting customer support; rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours prior. Corporate events and full venue hires require a 20% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining 80% refundable if cancellation notice is given at least two weeks before the event. Rescheduling for these larger events is allowed up to one week in advance. Specific holiday party bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled or converted to a voucher.

Great experience. 1st time for my wife and I. We had fun! What would have made it better is if they allowed you to demo the game before playing. Squid Game wasn't what I was expecting.
Very cool concept! I wish the rooms were a bit bigger and a better drink selection but overall, great team building for our group!
This was more than we expected. It was great, lots of movement and engaging with the screens. The GM Drevyn was such a nice guy. So pleasant, and he told us about other games he thought we would enjoy. We will definitely come back.
