Booking & Cancellation
Standard ticket cancellations are eligible for a full refund if made at least 48 hours before the booking time through your confirmation email. Cancellations within 48 hours, or for tickets bought within that period, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. No-shows are also non-refundable. For large group bookings like corporate events or team building, a 20% non-refundable deposit applies. The remaining 80% is refundable if cancellations or reductions are made in writing at least two weeks in advance of the event. Rescheduling large group bookings is permitted up to one week prior. Holiday party bookings between November 10th and December 15th are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled or converted to a voucher.

Vic and Mike were so helpful and amazing! We had a lot of fun. We had a group of 4 of kids aged 12/13. My husband and I also enjoyed it for a quick game. We will definitely be back to enjoy the fun and friendly staff.
Ready cool place. But rooms are small for 5 people. No A/c in the room so it got hot. I feel like the technology is not as good as it could be. I feel like the area is not good for this type of event hosting. On a Saturday night there is no parking and when you find parking. The cost of parking is Over 23 dollars. Also not a safe area of downtown, if you bring your kids. This needs to be in a different town, city that way people feel safe with its own parking.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a blast at Immersive Gamebox in Dallas! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was upbeat, engaging, and totally different from anything we’ve done before. The games were fun, interactive, and really pulled us into the experience — it’s like stepping into a giant video game, but with teamwork, laughs, and a little friendly competition mixed in. A huge shoutout to our guide, Stephan. He made the whole experience seamless and even more enjoyable. He explained everything clearly, kept the energy high, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident in the game. You could tell he genuinely wanted us to have a great time, and because of him, we absolutely did. If you’re looking for something fun and unique to do in Dallas with friends, family, or even coworkers, this is it. Highly recommend — and if you get Stephan as your guide, you’re in for an even better experience!
This place was so fun!! They offer so many different interactive games and the rooms are set up for fun! You can order drinks from the room you are in by touching the wall or you can get the staffs help all without leaving the area you are in. Definitely will be back with my kids because this is the perfect place to have a family fun day. Whether you want a 30min - 90min game! If you haven’t yet you need to check this place out!
