The Lost Escape Room has a strict non-refundable policy for all games. However, guests can reschedule their game if they contact the venue at least 4 hours before their scheduled start time. Failure to provide this advance notice or a no-show will result in the credit card being charged without the possibility of a refund or reschedule.

Josh was an amazing game master! We would have never made it out without him treating us like the dummies we are! LOL...I would definitely recommend him as your game master if you're planning on going. It was so much fun. We will definitely be back. We did the Seance of Shadows. Definitely 10 out 10. Difficulty level 4
The Lost Escape room is fantastic. We’ve went multiple times as a family and always have a good time. Front desk staff was nice and the game master was great for the Seance room we did. That one was very creative and different from ones we’ve done before. Really recommend the Lost Escape room if you are looking for something to do with older kids (younger can come to some of them, but it can be hard and this one was scary). Great place to go!
The lost room escape rooms are the best! Our family did the extinction room tonight and we had a blast. The place is clean, the staff is very informative and kind. We will definitely be back!
