Booking & Cancellation
For standard bookings, a full refund is available if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance via your confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior, or for tickets purchased within that 48-hour window, are non-refundable. No-shows also forfeit refunds. For kids' birthday parties and school bookings, a full refund is possible with 72 hours' notice. Large group packages and full venue hires require a 20% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining 80% refundable if cancelled at least two weeks before the event. Holiday party bookings between November 10th and December 15th are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled or converted to a voucher.

Visited for the first time last week and had an awesome experience playing Squid Game! Bryce and Tammy were fantastic. They were super helpful and took great care of us. Highly recommend!
Had a great time at Immersive Gamebox! I took my daughter who turned 31. We had a blast!!.We did squid game and Temple of Coins. It was so much fun! We would definitely go back and try different games! Thanks so much!
