Had a great time at Immersive Gamebox! I took my daughter who turned 31. We had a blast!!.We did squid game and Temple of Coins. It was so much fun! We would definitely go back and try different games! Thanks so much!

Standard tickets can be refunded up to 48 hours in advance of the booking time. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. Special packages for large groups, such as kids' birthday parties and school bookings, require 72 hours' notice for a full refund. Full venue hire and other large group packages have a 20% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining 80% refundable if cancelled at least two weeks in advance. All cancellations and booking size reductions must be made in writing.

Hated it!!! This is the dumbest thing ever in a world where there is VR why bother w this? We did the floor is lava and guess what it wasn't the floor did nothing. Just the wall with silly characters. You would have more fun staying home playing Xbox. This place is a waste of time and expensive! If your gonna spend money do VR instead. Sandbox VR is across the way and was epic! Wonder verse is also around the corner also a great time. This place should close. Maybe if VR didn't exist this might have been cool 15 yrs ago.
This was a Christmas gift for my 5 year old son, we did the paw patrol experience. Myself, my wife and my son had the most fun ever! Everything was clean and worked perfectly. It even gives you a break halfway which was nice, my son had to use the bathroom. Staff was great help too
Kids loved it. Family of 4 with a child's friend in tow. They chose to play Ghostbusters which was fun for all from 4-44. An hour was a push for one or two of the younger kids but the change of levels and interaction had them keep pushing through. Would definitely be fun for an adult outing with a different experience. We will return either as a family or with older friends. The gentleman on the desk was informative and friendly. The experience was genuinely fun.
