How do escape rooms work?

Teams work together, combining their wits to free themselves within a time limit. While you are essentially locked in, you can ask to be let out at any time if you feel uncomfortable, as your safety and comfort are top priorities.

How do you successfully complete an escape room?

Once the room is locked, you have 60 minutes to uncover clues and solve puzzles. Your team must crack the code in time, without any cheat codes or unfair advantages from our staff!

How can I participate in an escape room game?

Gather your friends or coworkers and book the room of your choice. Each room offers an immersive atmosphere, providing a perfect chance to delight your brain with puzzles and clues while having fun away from daily routines.

Can I book a private escape room experience for my group?

All games are open to the public unless the private game option is purchased. You can upgrade to a private experience by purchasing the remaining tickets at a 50% discount after selecting your group size. Otherwise, you may be paired with other groups.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, we recommend customers park for free in the Oakbrook Center orange and blue parking garages.

Are there any age restrictions for participating?

While our puzzles are designed for adult minds, we welcome all ages. However, if any member of your party is 11 years of age or under, a paid adult chaperone must accompany them.

What time should I arrive for my booking?

We ask all participants to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled start time.

Super fun! Me and some friends stopped in last-minute to do the Outbreak room and we had a blast! Ryan and Ariana we very helpful and super nice. I will say, I have done the Jurassic park room in the past and did enjoy it better—if you are choosing between the two I would pick that one.

That was so fun! We did The Dig and solved the puzzle with only 10 minutes left. The rooms are well built and get your mind racing. Thanks a lot to our host Andrew for helping us along the way. He was great to work with :) Definitely coming back in the future.
