We did the Bank Heist room at Mastermind and had a great time! Paige was absolutely amazing- super friendly, helpful, and really made the whole experience even better. She struck the perfect balance between giving us space to figure things out and stepping in with just the right hint when we needed it. Definitely one of the best game masters we’ve had. Alex was great! He made the experience super immersive with his costume and acting. He also helped walk us through the expectations of the escape room as a mixed group of experienced and new players! Definitely coming back!

All reservations and sales are final, meaning no refunds are issued for late arrivals, missed appointments, or outright cancellations. However, if your group needs to reschedule or cancel for any reason, a 48-hour advance notice is required to receive a store credit on your Mastermind customer account. Please note that a $25 cancellation or rescheduling fee will be applied per room reservation for any modified bookings.

We had so much fun with the Bank Heist room. Everything was put together so well. Lots of puzzles to solve and the room was a great size. Our Game Master, Molly, was amazing! We will definitely visit this location again!
We had a party of 9 for the escape room, with Allison at the front desk helping us with the room. Room was clean with good equipment, and the rules were straight forward with clever puzzles. Allison provided excellent service, with a clear explanation of the rules and helpful little hints when our party asked for them. We had a great time!
Brie was amazing/sweet and we freed uncle! Love her she was so amazing. The rooms were interactive and well decorated. Would come here again.
