If a reservation is canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, or in the event of a no-show, no refunds will be issued. Rescheduling within the 48-hour window is only permitted under extreme weather conditions.

The host was very nice, personable, and accommodating, and very flexible when we were running a little behind to arrive. I also accidentally scheduled the wrong day and he was very flexible and accommodating to get us in on the correct day which was short notice. My work group had a great time! He also offered to take pictures of us without us, even having to ask!
We had such a great experience with the Area 51 escape room! The design was so cool and the puzzles were the perfect amount of challenge. Our host was amazing as well. We will definitely be back at Enigma :)

The theming was spot on, transporting us to a top-secret government facility where we had to escape before time ran out. We escaped with just seconds to spare, and the rush of adrenaline was exhilarating.
