I’ve been to this gun range twice now, and both times I’ve had an incredible experience. Every single staff member went above and beyond—truly some of the best customer service I’ve encountered anywhere. They were thorough, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Even as they focused on safety, they kept the environment friendly and easy to approach, making the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. What really stood out was how eager they were to teach. They explained everything clearly, answered every question without hesitation, and made sure I felt confident and supported the entire time. Huge thank you to Bob, Billy, Gus and Gregg who have been an absolute pleasure to work with.

I had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us despite our tight schedule. They were very informative, explaining everything clearly and ensuring we felt comfortable and safe throughout. Awesome place! Would definitely recommend. Everyone here loves what they do so you can ask them anything you want to know and they will make sure they give you all the information you need. They do give short classes which were beneficial for first time shooters. Would recommend getting those if that is the case. Big inventory so many options to look at and choose from. Ask for Gus! He has your back. We bought a Groupon ahead of time that included a lesson for two and shooting session. You also need to schedule ahead of time with them regardless if you go through Groupon or not. They did have many people there so you will be in good hands. We let them know what we are interested in, they took our information and we signed a waiver of course. Then we had a half an hour class where we learned how to load and unload a gun, how to aim and how to stand. Then for the other half hour we went on the shooting range and had an instructor with us the whole time that did the loading and unloading of the guns and guided us through. He was supportive and informative, great teacher. Each of us had two rounds which two separate guns. Great for learning and just a great overall experience.
