Completed the heist, really great design and the puzzles despite being quite hard were well thought out and when you solve them you feel great. Our quest master Lex was brilliant, made the immersion far greater than just the room and he knew how to make us feel welcomed. We were a bit late due to not realising how bad traffic is in brisbane as we are not from here, and we were given a call where we wished safe travels and when we arrived, we were still given our full hour to compete the room. Lex was really great at giving hints and made us feel like we were still solving the puzzles by ourself with just a little push.

Holy crap, this was the first escape room I have done. I had SO much fun! I did the Steampunk room with three of my friends. With 60 minutes to start with on the clock, we solved it with only 47 seconds left.
The puzzles were amazing, the theming was amazing. And the manager Lex was SO COOL. He stayed in character the whole time and made it so much fun. Even the little nudges he gave along the way were perfect to make for an amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend.

This escape room was genuinely really fun. All the puzzles and interactions were fully automated, and everything worked perfectly the whole time. The setup felt a lot more advanced than other escape rooms I’ve done. The manager explained everything clearly and was very funny and friendly, which made the whole experience easy to follow. Overall, it was a really well-run and impressive escape room. Would recommend.
Quest Escape Room truly knocked it out of the park with their newest room 'The Orphanage'. If you’re looking for a genuinely creepy, horror-themed experience, this room is for you! The level of immersion was incredible, largely thanks to the interactive lights and sounds that were linked directly to the puzzles. Having the atmosphere shift and react every time we completed a challenge really amplified the suspense and kept us on edge the whole time, it was exactly the chilling experience we were hoping for. The entire visit was made even better by the manager Lex - shout out to him for being a legend! We ran late due to the storm, and he was super nice and accommodating, which we greatly appreciated. What really stood out was his dedication to the theme; he maintained the mysterious, creepy persona from the moment we arrived until we left, even after the clock stopped! This shows just how passionate the staff is about delivering a full, seamless experience. He was also kind enough to help us take loads of fun, posed photos at the end. The difficulty was moderate, and with a few hints requested, we managed to escape before the timer ran out. Overall, it was a fantastic, accommodating, and perfectly chilling experience. Highly recommend 'The Orphanage' for horror fun!
We completed The Orphanage room. Our Quest Master Lex set the tone perfectly and really added to the experience. The room itself was brilliant, with an array of very neat puzzles that were all quite varied. Overall one of the best ways to spend an hour with friends.
