Turned up five minutes early for a booked session; the doors were locked and no staff were there. Called them, and the attendant turned up 30-minutes after our booked start time. We had a lovely rest out in the carpark in the meantime in 38-degree heat. The room was hot, lights off, air conditioning off, when we were let in. The headsets were blurry, with no briefing provided. The game lasted 18-minutes, we paid for a 30-minute session. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Bought this for our family and it’s been a hit with both adults and kids. Very easy to set up, intuitive to use, and the experiences feel incredibly real. We love playing games together and exploring VR worlds. Great device for fun family time!
Awesome experience to be honest! Way more options than the other valley VR option. Love the kids friendly options and gun-less game options. Staff super friendly and equipment new. Can't wait to come back and try all the games
We originally took our son and his friend to experience this and we all ended up playing! So glad we did, all 4 of us had the best time and experience! Thank you 🤩 we will definitely be back. Venue is clean, tidy and the VR sets are clean and comfy. Headsets and crisp! It was a blast! 💥
