Booking & Cancellation
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 4 days before the event. Refunds are not issued for cancellations made within 4 days of the event or for no-shows. Substitutions for participants can be made at any time. Approved refunds are processed via direct debit within 21 days of cancellation. Booking fees are not held as credit; rescheduling is required as per the policy.

This is a great morning out! Graham was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain how to handle and shoot the gun for us first timers. Graham gave excellent tips and was willing to help. The fact they sell vouchers here for the experience makes it a great gift!
