Booking & Cancellation
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made and confirmed by VRXPerience at least 48 hours prior to your booking. If you cancel within 24 hours but before the day of your booking, you will be issued a VRXP Gift Certificate. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Please note that booking fees are always non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

Loved this place. Easy to find. Plenty of space between gamers. We tried the 1 hour gaming session with a selection of games, plus I had a go on the racing SIM at Silverstone circuit. We'll definitely be back.
We had an awesome time at VRXPerience! My son absolutely loved the F1 races and the rollercoaster ride. Marc was super friendly and explained everything really well, which made the whole experience even better. The place was clean, well-organized, and had a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back for more fun very soon 😀😀
I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Visited yesterday for the first time with my 2 grandsons aged 12 and 14. They had a wonderful time and tried a variety of reality experiences. Staff were on hand to help and guide them, extremely friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and patient. Venue very clean including toilets. Reasonable price for drinks. If it was possible to award more than 5 stars I would. The boys had a wonderful time and can’t wait to visit again. Many thanks to all the staff for making it a great experience
