Had a great time. Staff are amazing and very kind especially Ish who was very friendly with the kids and helped us with the hologate vr game, also constantly keep the area and equipment clean and ready to use for the next customers. Thank you Ish.

We recently organized our son's 7th birthday party at Gravity, Star City, and it was a real success! Booking was much easier for us by calling the venue directly, which we found far more convenient than booking online. We did the same last year for our 9-year-old's party, as we really prefer speaking to the team to discuss the specifics. We've always found them to be incredibly helpful. Party Highlights & Our Host The party day was fantastic, and both my son and his friends had an amazing time. We really appreciated having a party space where we could personalize it with balloons, which was a nice touch. All the kids received their briefing before hitting the trampolines, and the girl who delivered it was wonderfully engaging with them. Our host for the day was Anshul, and we found him to be very polite and friendly. However, we did feel it would have been more helpful if he could have been around a bit more during our slotted time. It seemed he was being moved between hosting parties and performing other duties. A dedicated host who could be more consistently engaging with the kids and the party, perhaps even singing "Happy Birthday," would definitely make the experience even more enjoyable. Still, despite this, our party was still awesome! Wrapping Up When we finished up, Shaq handled our bill. He dealt with a few till issues very well and professionally, which was great. We would absolutely be returning with the boys again!

I cannot recommend enough. I had my daughters 12th birthday party here yesterday and from entry the party host was attentive, and kind. Shout out to Rubss especially and the other two members of staff I frequently interacted with that day. You helped the party to run smoothly and my baby had a wonderful day. If I could give you 10 stars I would, you'll be seeing us soon when the high ropes open this month :)
